Meet Joe, Jenny and Brad.

They are the new stars of the new animation clip recently released as an introduction to SysAid Helpdesk software.

The clip is a result long weeks of hard work, relying on the creative forces behind SysAid.

Saar Bitner, Marketing Director, on the creative process:
“This demo - from concept to execution is the result of close cooperation of our Marketing associates.
It was fascinating to see how the brainstorming sessions evolved into a script and how our animator
managed to bring life into the characters.” This 3.07 minute clip is an introduction to newcomers to SysAid. It consists of 3 chapters – each demonstrating SysAid helpdesk features and uses.

Our prelaunch release to the SysAid community has brought very positive feedback.
“We are currently developing sequels to this clip for the Asset Management and Monitoring modules and are planning to launch demos per feature in the near future”, added Bitner.

Loved it, very nice indeed.

Might be used locally to make aware to staff about how it works and the level of service we supply.
