I like my job, it was what I wanted to do ever since touching my first computer when I was a kid. With products like SysAid it makes me like my job even more enjoyable. I have been in a few IT jobs I did not like, I gave them a year, and moved on to the next job. Now I'm working in a corporate culture and loving it. As long as I can justify it I can do just about anything I want.

My most favorite things to work on at work are: Visualization, Router/Switch Network, SysAid, and Solarwinds NTA.

The list is endless on the other products and processes we work with on a daily basis, and SysAid seems to work into all of them in one platform. In fact I see myself consolidating many of our processes into Sysaid such as monitoring, remote access, and so on.

I too love my job! I am now the Global Sr Admin and responsible for everything in the building with a power button! I have been here for two years and let me tell you, it was a mess!! If you aren't organized, managing multiple sites and countries can be a disaster! A few months ago I implemented SysAid. The users are using it too! I get less overhead pages, two-way alerts and phone calls now! It has been a blessing! Now I am working on asset management! WOOOHOOO!!
