Can end users view other service requests  XML

Hello Justin

By default, the supervisor will see all service requests (open and closed) the users opened.

I need end users to be able to see all service requests logged by their company in a single list.

I know about supervisors but even making all end users supervisors makes two seperate lists, 'My service requests' and 'Supervised users Service Requests'

The helpdesk suppervisors of our clients don't really care whether it was themselves or their staff who logged the request with us, they just want to be able to see and filter all active Service Requests in a single listing (without having to switch between 'my requests' and 'supervised user requests').

Any ideas?

Not sure if this is along the same lines or not, but there is also the Knowledge Base, assuming the end-users are trained to go and check to see if their problem has come up before.

I checked it and there is no currently an option to show the supervisor's SR's in the supervised user's list.

You are welcome to submit your request in the feature request forum so it can be considered for a future version of SysAid.
