I am expriencing this same issue. And resources does not seem to be an issue. Any Help would be appeciated.

I still suffer from this problem,

I'm using Firefox now (and only for SysAid) so SSO won't do the job... too bad

You can actually use SSO with firefox,
1. In the address bar of Firefox, type about:config. This will show all the settings for Firefox.

2: Find the key network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris. This is a comma-delimited list of all host-names that you want to use NTLM with.

3: Just enter your host-names like this: host1.mydomain.com, host2.mydomain.com

Has anyone found a fix for this in your organization?

We have this problem on various workstations, using either IE 6 or 7-currently testing with 8 to see if that helps.

But as others mentioned, when an Admin starts to type, the processor maxes out to 100%.

Using a browser besides IE is not an option for us.

I've installed SysAid Version 7.04 and the problem doesn't occur anymore.
