It might be misleadingly seems relevant but actually recruitment has nothing to do with IT even when you're looking for IT people.
I mean the skill set is pretty straight forward, you device somesort of respective test and grade it. Even a short interview could give you a glimpse whether one is novice or expert in the field. But when it venture to stuff like loyalty, hacker streak, dedication, rogue entepreneurship and so on... I find myself to be a complete idiot.
*sigh*
Always fail to detect the true color until it's too late...
Can't find a reliable indicator as guide !
