I've disabled the Auto-Forward and Auto-Reply options in System Manager for privacy reasons. Problem is, auto-forwarding still works. Anyone have any ideas on what else could be goiing on that allows these rules to continue to work. I thought it was as easy as unchecking the check box.
No, not in relation to SysAid. Just a general problem I'm having with my Exchange server which I'm completely stuck on and hoping I can find an answer somewhere.
Not sure what you mean by auto forward... but if it's the rules they are set from the client through outlook. So if you want user stop auto forwarding things you gonna need something like group policy setting or outlook profile...

Are you talking about email to one account being auto forwarded to another?? In that case check the user profile in AD. You will find the delivery options under the Exchange General Tab.
