I just downloaded and installed Windows 7 RC on my laptop. I went from XP to Win 7 and the performance is as good or faster than the XP install I had on here before. Anyone else tried this out yet, what are your thoughts?

I actually just installed it yesterday and i'm just getting to know it as i did not tested the beta.

I must say i was very impressed, it seems like MS really took notice of all the complaints we had with windows vista, it's faster then XP, the new changes to the user interface are great and also, it looks awesome.

The RC is very stable, it is still missing some features I'm looking for(like the WinXP compatibility mode) but i think it is practically ready for daily work.

I'm just downloading it right now.
Have any of you tried the Beta of Windows 7 also ? Any changes in the RC compared to the Beta ?
