Hi everyone,
I would love to see another way how end user can ask for a new password if they forgot it.
I would love to see a form where the user only have to fill in his E-mail address.
Why is the account needed? Why is the name needed? Just an Email must be enough.
What if they forgot the account name or username. ( we all know that we have to remember way to much login data from all kinds of sites)
If they can’t remember one of those, they have to send us an Email and ask for the data they need.
This is an extra step for us and thus not wanted.
Is it possible for now, or in a feature version? To set the page only to Email info?
As said, I would love to see a much simpler way for lost password recovery.

In SysAid current version, you cannot change this page.
However, this can be a grate feature request for a future version.

12 years later - is this now eligible to be changed?
I need to either get rid of this link or change the destination and delete the username and email input fields.
I've managed to find it in the translation file, changed it to what I would like it to be, but it did not change what users can see.

in order to change destinations or delete the input fields, you can export custom HTML files from Settings > Customize > Appearance.
Find and customize login.html and/or forgot-password.html. Compress and upload the folder and then save the page.
