Ha... well lets try again...

I'm really looking for support on this feature request from the community. I think it has all of the makings of something that will benefit not only us, but future Sysaiders as well.

and well... it is kinda SEXY.

YES! This is a wonderful idea! As the reports are right now they have lots of "junk" in them, but it takes too much time to customize each report. The ability to quickly tailor what you want on them would be awesome.

Your feature request is a very good one, i agree that the reporting tool can be a little more.. accessible for customization.

I'm very glad to let you know that we are working on a new way to generate reports in SysAid and maybe some of your ideas will be implemented.
