Hi There just installed this great peice of software and i cannot find where you can change beneath the logo on the right hand side the peice of text that says HELP DESK SOFTWARE BY llient i have looked in the html files and i have downloaded and searched the sysaid_text_en_GB.utf8.properties.

Can any body point me in the right direction.

Hey John,
Welcome to the SysAid community.

This change requires HTML customization so only users of the full edition can preform it.

First, follow the instructions at: www.ilient.com/customize.htm for the login.html file

Next, edit the html template, look for $creditText syntax and remove it.
Save the changes and the credit text will not show anymore.

How would one go about changing the "Welcome to SysAid! " text on the login page?

That sentence can be changed from the translation file.
You can find it under preferences > customize > translate.

make sure that you customize the same language with the same encoding as you configured under preferences >account defaults so the change will take effect.
