I went into my Admins and put there phone numbers in the sms fields (email:3125551122@page.nextel.com) But it is not working. If you send an email from your outlook client to that address, it works fine..
Please click on the "send message" (envelop icon) and send an SMS from there to one of the admins and then send us an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com with your ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs\sysaid.log so we can find if there is any relevant error

ok.. We actually Figured this one out on our Own! (It Turned out to be an issue on our Exchange server for emailing @page.nextel.com)
Once we fixed that, it works like a Charm! Thanks!
Just a side note. I set a Group called "Department 2 Techs" and it has 3 Administrators in this group. I created a Routing Rule for a Cretin 1st level Category to automatically be routed to this Group. How can i set it so all 3 Member get the Text message alert if the ticket meets the Urgency Level?
