Hi there,

We have a pre-deployment install of SysAid attached to an Oracle server, and I'm noticing that on the top right next to the version number is some text that reads "Account: accountname"

This appears to be the account name I used when downloading the demo version. When we buy our license, will this text get changed?

Edit: I found the URL to remove the text, but still wonder about whether the account will change...

Depends.
When you buy the license you will be asked what name would you use. If you use the same name it will stay the same.
So pick a nice name... don't use Bruno or Borat.

Do not mess with it on your own (least consult illient support) because it is how sysaid determine and acknowledge your license/subscription scheme (hint: check out the menu called download).
