Can someone help me customize the Left Menu under the Admin Portal. I edited the file LeftMenuAdmin.html but the changes does not seem to take affect. I am trying to remove a couple of the buttons so they are not seen when someone enters the Admin Portal. I have successfully edited the LeftMainMenuDropDwonList.html and that worked perfectly. I know how to edit html within SysAid but for some reason I cannot edit the Left Menu under the Admin Portal. Any help would be appreciated.

I did clear the history and cache within my browser.

Hey OCIO,

To remove items from the left menu, you need to edit the HomeMenu.html according to the instructions at www.ilient.com/customize.htm

Make sure that you are editing a copy of the HTML file and not the original, also, you need to do this customization every time you upgrade SysAid since this file usually being updated with every new version.

I have added a feature request to make this configurable in the database for each user group instead of hacking the html.
