After installing citrix licensing console my sysaid no longer works- when I reinstall my sysaid my citrix wont work-
if I then repair my citrix the sysaid stops-

why cant I run both on the same box?

from what I can see citrix runs on tomcat as well

Please make sure you use different Ports.

If you try to run 2 web servers with port 80 on the same box it will not work.

We use port 80 for sysaid and port 8080 for IIS on our box.

Another Alternitave is to install 2 Network cards in the server and have 2 IP's on it. Bind Sysaid to one and Citrix to the other!

i dont have them both on 80
I tried insatlling sysaid on 8080 8081 9090 9000 and I always get the same result

Please send us the below log files along with a short description of the issue to helpdesk@SysAid.com:

...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs folder (zipped)
...\SysAidServer\logs\wrapper.log
...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf\serverConf.xml

This will allow us to investigate the issue and provide you with a solution to this issue.
