Due to large database I upgraded to v.6.0.09 (on mssql) last night and truncated the computer_history table (see here: http://www.ilient.com/Sysforums/posts/list/2779.page ).
Since doing that, when we try and assign a company to an asset and select the more... option at the bottom of the list we are getting a "error in query" message coming up and it doesn't show any of the companies?
Any ideas please, we need to get at all the companies!

Where is the sysaid log (I can see lots of *.log files, but no sysaid.log file)??
And sorry for being thick, but what do yo mean by "with this post no. 2782"

sysaid log is normally found in SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs directory
when you send it in to the helpdesk they want you to just mention in the accompanying text, that you first reported this in the community posting 2782, that way if they find a solution that will benefit others they can post it back to the forum for everyones benefit.
