Hi all,
I did recently open a call with SysAid, but thought I would post here to see if I could get some help.
We just purchased SysAid, so just got our permanent license.
I replaced the old activation file with the new one, restarted services and nothing.
I can't launch SysAid anymore. All I get is "Page cannot be displayed...."
One thing I do notice is that when i manually start the SysAid Server Service, it changes from Started to Stopping within a few seconds.
Anyone seen this or have some ideas on what I can try to get this started?
I just pushed the Big Guys here to purchase SysAid, so I want to make sure I get this up and running correctly asap.
Thanks!

Most likely your license file isn't correct. You'll need to get a new one from SysAid support.

Thanks, that's what I'm thinking.
I have not heard back from SysAid Helpdesk since yesterday morning. I have emailed them twice since then asking for an ETA. I hate to be a pain in the ***, but I need to get this up and running asap to justify the purchase of SysAid to the company.
Can anyone escalate my call?
Call # 260527.
If this post should be moved, please go ahead.
I am just trying to get this resolved asap.
Thanks!

No one replied to any of my emails, so I finally got a spare minute to place a telephone call.
I think it was Sharon who helped me out and after a little fine-tuning, SysAid is back up and running.
I guess the permanent account ID didn't match the old trial account ID - that was the actual problem.
Anyhow, time to get back to work!
Thanks!
