SysAid 6.5 Beta Release is Here!
I'm happy to announce the immediate availability of SysAid 6.5 Beta!
All SysAid Pathfinders can now be the first experience the new features and functionalities of SysAid's latest Beta release!
Some exciting highlights of SysAid 6.5 Beta include:
* SysAid Chat Module - a live chat channel for improved communication between admins and end-users
* IT Benchmark Module - an innovative measurement tool that compiles worldwide IT statistics to give you both an internal and global perspective on your IT peformance
* Extraction of your Microsoft license key information
* Scheduled and remote deployment of SysAid agents
* Improved Manager Dashboard with a constantly rotating slideshow of selected views
* End-user participation in ITIL change management processes
* Automatic Knowledgebase suggestions when an end-user begins entering a service request title
