Hi there,

I am currently testing the preview of Google Wave. Is there anyone else out there using SysAid and Google Wave? I am struggling to find fellow testers and wondered whether anyone else was having the same problem and wanted to link up.

I could test it with SysAid support, and we can see whether this is a whole new way for SysAid to bring support to it's customers! =)

The confirmation mail took half a week !
Haven't play with it much let alone linking it to sysaid.

If I may, what do you have in mind, sire ?

My mind is thinking the following:

1. I can make contact with people via the forums to test the product, such as yourself, because there is no point having it if you have no contacts!

2. It could be a really useful tool for SysAid Support, inviting dev into the wave when required, inviting all users with a similar problem during beta into the same wave to keep all communication on one place. I think it could be a huge benefit for SysAid as a company.

Maybe this is my brain over working again though...

Those were my thoughts exactly, how the hell am i suppose to test this product without any contacts (or invites to add my friends)...

I sent you my Google wave username in a PM (Obelix, you 2), I'll be glad to do some testings with you.
