This measurement calculates the average number of Service Requests that were closed per Admins (Administrators) that participated in closing Service Requests within the period.

Oded, is there a way to filter out non-helpdesk administrators from this metric?

The website explaining the metric warns that the results could be skewed by non-helpdesk administrators, but doesn't offer a way to modify the included Administrators.

Ok, scratch that, the filters do work, just didn't realise I needed to Save and Update Statistics down the bottom to apply the filter
