Dear SysAid,
I don't know if anyone put this in yet but I noticed that with version 6.5.05 that the Agent does not get software information from Windows 2000 machines for the Asset List. Will it be possible to get this information in the near future release?

I know this doesn't answer your question, but I am trying to think from the focus of the dev team...
Microsoft support for Windows 2000 ends July this year and the O/S is three versions behind. Perhaps its easy to add, I don't really know, but I would not be holding my breath for feature requests specific to this O/S.
However if it is a current feature and this is a bug thats probably a different story (I don't have any 2000 machines to try it for myself).
You might as well turn this into a sales opportunity and propose an upgrade plan.
