I need to change some words in some sysaid menus.
I download the file, change the words I want and save it.
When I upload the file, my browser status is "uploding" for several minutes, but nothing happens.
I tried IE and Firefox.
I will be very pleased if somebody send me the steps. Maybe I´m doing something wrong.
Please, help me with this issues.
I need to do this to print my reports.

Have you save the translation file as utf-8 encoding?

1. Open translation file with Notepad
2. make you change on file
3. select file, then click save as
4. you can find encoding drop list for choice
5. select utf-8 and save the file

Actually what is the error over there while uploading the file. You specify that it will help us to give the perfect solution for that.

I've also tried saving it encoded as UTF8. Should the file be named different? Please let me know if anyone can help.

Here was my resolution...place the translate file you would like to upload in ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\classes. Then, restart the SysAid server service.
Had to create the classes folder.

Hello,
I still have problems uploading the translation file (8.0). I tried all the suggestions above and also made sure this file is encoded in UTF-8 but everytime I try to upload my changed file...the browser stucks in an infinite loop - "requesting to the server".
Anymore suggestions for me?
