Hi,

this is not working for me. For example: Instead of "ü(ue)" I get "\u00dc" .

As mentioned in my previous post, there are certain translation issues in version 5.6.09 of SysAid that have since been resolved in our latest version - 6.0.03 - which is scheduled to be released towards the end of this month.
