When I log into Sysaid the first page I am directed to is the managers portal. That is left over from the trial version. I didn't purchase the managers module. How can I change it so when I login it it takes me directly to the admin portal instead. Tired of gettting the warning message and having to click ok.

Go to Preferences>User Management.
Go to your permissions page and untick Manager: Access to Manager Portal.
That should do the trick.

I think that you see this error because on the 30days trial edition, you were using this module and the Manager Portal check box is still checked. If you still have your trial license, please put it back (restart your SysAid server service), go to your user permissions and un-check it.
When finish, turn back to your full license. This should solve this. If you still encounter any issue's with that, please open a service request to helpdesk@sysaid.com and we will check this over remote session.
Best Regards.
Ori Sharon.

I dont still have the old license.. However, I checked the box, logged out, closed IE, reopened, got the same error. Unchecked the box, logged out, closed IE, Reopened and the error is now gone. I log directly to the admin portal.
