I have 2 email accounts for a creating a SR (error and warning)
When a warning email is sent, the alert bullit should be orange.
When an error email is sent, the alert bullit must be red.
Do I have to create a rule or ....

The bullet colour is set by the priority, so you need to have the settings to change the priority to the appropriate level for that incoming email. High = Orange, Very High=Red.
