Update:
We have released the fixed translations as a part of version 5.5.06 which can be downloaded at http://www.ilient.com/release_notes5.5.06.htm
We have found some minor encoding issues in non-english translations of SysAid which could mess up the GUI in some cases.
In order to resolve this issue, you will need to download a fixed translation file.

SysAid does not currently have a Russian translation.
Did you created it yourself?
Are you having the same issue?
Please open a service request regarding this issue by sending an email to helpdesk@ilient.com with a short description of the problem that you are facing and screenshots of the issue as i suspect this is another issue.

Yes. I create it and use in 3 company. And send to every people who want test Sysaid (10 or 15 people).

Don't have a problem as such, but can't find the sticky you refer to about the translation HOWTO.
For this to be a solution for our company we need a localized setup, so we have to do some translation, so could you please shove me in the right direction. I would like to know how to translate this into danish.

Actually there is no specific need on "how to" translate since it is very simple to perform, this is what SysAid excells on, simplicity and efficiency.
To translate SysAid please go to “Preferences” > “Customize”, “Translate” tab.
Download the translation file and open it with any text editing software.
Change the values that you want and save the file (make sure you save it in the UTF-8 encoding).
Go to “Preferences” > “Customize”, “Translate” tab and upload the file you have just edited.
That's it.
