Hi Guys
Having installed my 'Free' SysAid onto a new server (in preparation for sysAid migration) - I inadvertantly gave my 'user name' as my email address - obviously I would like to change this to a more suitable title.
I have read the threads on resetting passwords but nothing on resetting the log on User Name. This system is still 'virgin' can I change this or just re-install the system from start??
Currently, changing user name is not possible.
You need to delete this user and recreate it.
Of curse if it's an admin it's better to create another one to assign all the permissions and work to and then delete him.
