Yes, how would I change all the SysAid logos to our company logo? This would include all the pages that display a SysAid logo.

Welcome to SysAid community.
to add your company logo to the SysAid Help Desk, please do the following:

1. Copy your company logo to the ...\SysAidServer\root folder.
2. Go to Preferences > Customize > Appearance tab.
3. In the Main Logo URL field, enter the filename (which is case sensitives) of your company logo.
4. Click on Save.

Keep in mind that kind of customization is valid only for the trial/licensed editions..
