I have been waiting since last Friday for an answer from the helpdesk, maybe someone else can jump in and help me.
I have created 2 email accounts in Exchange and set them both up as incoming email addresses. However, when I send email to them, the mail arrives in their Exchange mailboxes, but they do not create SRs.
Can someone tell me which settings I need to verify/change for this to work?
Thanks in advance for all your help.

Hey nrybacki,
First, make sure that the mail server / email address user name and password are correct. Secondly, are you using SysAid CSS or IT? if you are using CSS, then let me know what is your account ID..
If you are using SysAid It, then simply open the ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs\sysaid.log file and check if you have any pop3 / imap related issue's..
Anyway, you can send me a PM with the service request number that you sent us and i will let why you didn't get any reply yet. (maybe it got blocked somehow)...
