Hi,

We have a number of screens that show NOC like views of monitoring systems etc, I'd like ot be able to show a screen with current helpdesk status, number of open tickets etc so it's visable across the office.

Are there any screens in Sysaid CSS suitable or is there an API I can use for extract those statistics for display? I noticed the PerlAPI but I'm unsure if that's for Sysaid IT only and if it can extract data other than just submit tickets...
