Hi,

Can someone tell me if this is possible in sysaid:

I store details of annual contracts in Relationship mapper, each has a start date, I'd like to have a date field auto calculated for renewal date, start date + 365 days, as I can then get the reminder facility to alert me 7 days before.

Hey sthomas,

What you can do is to add a new CustDate1 field (using the blue cog-wheel icon). Add a date lets say a year from today and apply.
Then, go to Preferences > Reminders, choose Relation Mapper Item : item CustDate1.

You can trigger this to send an alert notification x days before the due date that you configured.
