i installed a demo sysaid a while ago and just now want to let a business user havea look at it but i've forgotten the admin password and probably even the username i set up for t
is there any way i can retrieve this information?

You can retrieve the information!!!
I would suggest you send an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com. They will send you the instructions.
I don't think it would be wise to post it in the forums.
