Hello there,

I'm trying to configure CSSfree for my company, in order to test the product.
I'm able to open SR and reply to SR from within the system,
but when i try to simulate a user sending a reply email to a "helpdesk" email (a reply email from within the system) i get "delivery error"

I've tried this from a gmail account, a gmail based domain email and an ISP email, all with no success.

Is it a known problem with web based emails (as i saw a few post regarding gmail accounts) , or is CSSfree not supporting this kind of email correspondence?

Is there, or will be in the near future, any solution for this?

On the CSS solution, we provide you with incoming and outgoing mail boxes as a part of the hosted solution. If you want to use any third-party providers (such as Gmail), you need to enable the SSL check box (since Gmail requires secure connection).

If you have any issues to accomplish that, please send us an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com and provide us with your credentials for the log in.
