I am currently working with ver. 5.6.0.3, and thinking about upgrading. Is there a document to show me the differences/new features in the latest version.

I need to justify the cost to management. I have search but have come up empty.

Evan,

Have you purchased the full version?? Have you renewed you support and maintenance?

If you answer yes to both the questions then you should be able to simply download the upgrades in sequence and install them.

The release note are available on the SysAid site!! There are just so many reasons to upgrade it will require another forum to type all of them!!!!
