Hi guys,

is there a way to rename multiple records? I am in the process of getting all the assets into the system but I want to rename a lot of records at one time rather than going in and renaming individually.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

hi Mikey

You can use the csv import. Make the csv with needed names and import.

If you want to rename assets that are already in Sysaid you'll need to provide the asset ID so Sysaid will know what asset to update.

If you'll need more details let us know
