Hi I created a totally brand new report on iReport 1.1.0 but I need to know all the steps to upload it to SysAid I think isnt a easy work.

Hi techguy, thx for the help, I already read that article and I learned a lot, but what I really mean is: I created a totally ner report, What Do I have to put on the prompt and script options? by the way my report has a parameter, the username, what its gonna change?

The way I have done it in the past is by copying the script and prompt tab from another report that is similar and then stripping out all the extra parameters that are not needed, replacing it with just the ones I need.

Thank you, I will try it.
About my own report, this is bringing me all the information about a user, like the workstation, model, etc. the CI's that the WS has and the product software.
Can I send you my report? maybe you can take a look and recomend me something?
