Slow Response when Changing Status of a Change  XML

I would be very grateful if anyone has come across the following problem and have a suggestion as to how to overcome it.

Whenever I try to change the status of a 'Change' (the Change is linked to an incident) the system behaves very very slow

After a long time, I get the meesage ' Cannot Update Service Request, because someone else updated it'

Hi Tryfon,

Which browser are you using?
Try different browsers and you can also reset the settings or clean the cache of your browser.
Is it happening only on your machine?
Which version of SysAid are you using?

Please note that I have just been updated by a colleague that the issue has been resolved after applying the version v6.6.01

Hi all
I have just updated to V8 and I am getting this error in Change Requests. Have tried different browser, clearing cache and tidy/shrink database, all to no avail.
Any help please?
