Hello,

we are trying to costumize our Sysaid CSS Pro Account and we found the option Customize -> Appearance -> HTML Files Location

In the help it says we could use our own HTML / CSS Files. So we would like to use this option to change the colors to our company standard.

I edited the master.css file and uploaded it on our webserver. But when I enter it in the "HTML Files Location" nothing changes. The source code of all sites still point to the standard master.css of Sysaid.
We would need a light-colored Header, so that it would fit well with our company logo. This would be the most important change for us. Otherwise we can't even implement our logo.

It would be really nice, if you could help us.

Hi Markus,

Currently, SysAid doesn't support such feature. However, I have forwarded your suggestion to our feature request forum.
If/when we decide to include such feature in future versions, you will be notified.
