Excuseme, but I'll write in Spanish because I don't know to say it in English.

Google dodgy translation:-
To learn how I state which department belongs to a user.
I have created departments in the personalised lists, to create users in the fields of entries does not appear this list.
Try to customize the screen, but only I could customize the consultation of users, adding that the department would be, but all come up with the msmo department (the first of the custom list).
Thank you, and once again I ask excuse for making my comment in another language.
-------
Are you asking how to add the department field to the one of the sysaid user management screens?
are you saying when you click the wheel icon the field "department" is not listed?

Hello hecanario,
Welcome to the SysAid community.
Adding department to users in SysAid is only possible in the full edition as it requires some customization in the user details.
If you are using SysAid full edition (trial/licensed), please go to preferences > user management > end user manager.
Click on a user you want to add a department to.
Click on "customize form" (blue wheel icon) and move the "department" field from the "available fields" to the "visible fields", then save the changes.
This will add a "department" field to the end user's details so you will be able to update the users with their department.
Best regards
Haim
