Extremely disappointed I missed out on all the mugging, t-shirting and ass licking! What a cool shape they are!
Just wanted to enter my input, I love my job, and without sounding like the rest of you guys who now have strange tasting chocolate on your noses, SysAid has genuinly made it an awful lot easier. After finding the software people suddenly thought, "This guy has a few good ideas!" and after using it i dont get 20 phonecalls a minute to which i have to answer, "Switch it off and on again".
I'm not sure if anyone is still checking this thread, but when the next batch of mugs comes in it would look wonderful on my desk.
Stellar thread by the way, very entertaining.

sometimes I love my job and the rest of time I mearly like it! 
depends on the quantity and quality of the coffee really ..... speaking of which ...... I could do with a new mug or two to laud over my minions lol
mspake - I can't believe how easy you got off with asking something like that in a tech forum!! You must have done something special just to get away with it

Yes i must admit there was jealousy in the comment. And as far as the complimentary hot chocolate, i can't see why I would worry about any wonderful food/drink products provided by SysAid
