This happened recently and I would like to now if there is a way to prevent it. A viewer (we are a TV/Radio station) sent an email to the CEO, customer service and another email address. The CEO and the Customer Service rep both replied, WITH CONFLICTING ANSWERS! Is there any way that SysAid can display more of the header information so the CS rep would have known about the multiple recipients? Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?
