Hey SysAid Community,

I have include a SSL-Certification into SysAID. if I go now via HTTPS on to my SysAid, i can not see the my Logo in the corner. It is only with the IE8. With Firefox and IE7 is everything fine.
If I use HTTP, I can see my Logo.

Could somebody help me?

Thanks

Hi GMIX .

Can you confirm that your logo file is located on the same link as it is under :
Customize > Appearance > Main Logo URL.

In case it is, Try to create a new folder under “C” drive by the name “MyCompanyLogo” and save the logo under this folder.
On Customize > Appearance > Main Logo URL insert “ C:\MyCompanyLogo\YourLogoName.png ( make sure it is a png file).
Save and Reload templates.

Please let us know if that resolves your issue. Looking froward to your response.

If I try to change the location to the Logo it says that SysAid can't find the .png file.

If I use a Logo from our website, everything is fine but with IE8 and via https I cant see the Logo

---- I just see that the IE8 asks me if only the secure elements of the website should be shown or not. If I say NO I can see the Logo.

Can I Bypass this?

I thing you can bypass this.
It seems like a security warning from the IE and it will not effect nether your SysAid or your IE security level.

well i found a "stupid" way to get of it.

I just change the original SysAid-Logo file with our file (with the same file name).

Well, now it works because it will be presented via HTTPS and their are no warings.

Thanks a lot

Hi GMIX,

I understand that it's working now but basically what you need to do is to save it in ...\SysAidServer\root\ then go to Customize > Appearance > in the logo URL please right only the LogoName.XXX (it is case sensitive) > Save > Reload Template.

Best Regards,
Itay
