We are happy to announce that SysAid Helpdesk App is now oficially available for download in BlackBerry App World! With SysAid Helpdesk App, you can now take SysAid everywhere you take your BlackBerry. SysAid Helpdesk App allows you to:

• View all service requests assigned to your team
• Update the status, priority, due date, and other fields of a service request
• Create new service requests
• View a complete list of your assets
• Update the asset name, location, owner, and other fields
• Filter helpdesk and asset lists per field
• Navigate between views in an interface that's specially designed for your Blackberry
