Unable to download attachments from SR # 69 in IE 8 or IE 7. This ticket was opened for further troubleshooting.
Answer:
This issue was resolved by editing the Tomcat security constraint so that it would only guarantee the Login page was accessed over a secured connection. All other SysAid secured access is optional. Attachments are now downloading properly through all versions of IE. Also, attachments can now be deleted from any browser. Finally, the Manager Dashboard is now displaying properly in IE (a previously identified bug), and overall performance seems to have improved.
