Areas that would directly benefit from this are asset mgmt and monitoring.
Depending on how macho the dev elves I can see potential in project and the ITIL thingy.
That is not a bug, it's a feature...

Hi Obelix,

I sent your quistion to our development and product management departments and we'll see what they have to say about that.
I like the idea because for example in a construction\maintenance company you can add the location of the building with the problem or things like that.
