We've recently noticed that the link for users to attach a screen capture to their new service requests is missing. Was there a change in the newest release that has disabled or somehow effected this?
I've also noticed that the SysAid agent icon no longer seems to be running in the System tray. The agent appears to be working as the "hot key" to star the end user portal is still active but no tray icon is present...
Do you use customized HTML files? If so, unselect the checkbox for using that and try again to attach a screen capture. I think, you must copy a new version of "user-end-portal.htm" into "customized HTML folder" and make the changes again. It was the same for us when I updated from 5.6->6.0, 6.0->6.5 and 6.5->7.0.
