Hi.
I´m trying to install SysAid free on a linux system but i have problems.
I download the appliance: Tomcat on Apache Appliance available in http://www.turnkeylinux.org/tomcat-apache and install on a system Vmware Esxi.
On Web apps i deploy the sysaid war file, but he don´t create the directory (tomcat/webapps/sysaid)
Anybody can help me?

Hi there

After extracting the installation package and placing the sysaid.war file under the .../webapps directory make sure to restart your tomcat by executing the following: .../tomcat/bin/shutdown.sh and then .../tomcat/bin/startup.sh
