I have just applied the french parameter for the language but What about lists : many parameters are always in english, do I need to translate it myself ?

Hello JLA.
The built in french translation is not complete, and we hope a complete translation will be added to one of the next SysAid releases.
Meanwhile you can customize the translation to translate the un-translated parts.
If you do that, you can share other french SysAid users with the translation in this forum.

Hi, I already posted this in the installation forums but I haven't got a reply so I'll try my luck here instead...
Anybody knows the field name for
"Thank you for submitting your request.
Our Support will try to assist as soon as possible.
Your Service Request number is x"?
You get that window once you hit Submit in 'Question / Leave a message'.
It's not in the translation file (for French at least). I wouldn't mind translating it but I do need the field name...
My version is 6.5.08

As it turns out, I managed to find the field I was looking for. It's 'chat.endUser.newSR.success.1'.
The thing is, it's ALREADY translated to French and yet, it appears in English in the portal.
Just to be safe, I switched to Spanish and the same thing happened.
So, I do believe it's a bug in SysAid 6.5.08. How do I report it?

As per my review if you want to translate french language then you can try to learn French Language perfectly. If you have any problem then you can use online language translation process. You can get many benefit from them.
