I would like to be able to remove the modules I don't own; ie: manager portal, etc.. from even being shown on the left menu bar.
There there an easy way to keep them from showing up on the list; yet if I purchase them at a later date to be able to add them back in?

Hello mdst,
SysAid do not currently have this feature available.
You can remove those links by editing SysAid's HTML files, but if you would add those modules, in the future, you will need to add them back to the HTML and this is why we do not recommend on doing so.
If you are still interested in receiving the procedure, please open a service request in our helpdesk by sending an email to helpdesk@ilient.com
Best regards.

Hello Slowtwitch,
Welcome to the SysAid community.
This option is already possible, by editing HTML files of the menus in SysAid, but we do not recommend on doing so.
If you are interested on the procedure, please open a service request by sending email to helpdesk@ilient.com and we will be glad to further assist you.
Best regards.

I created a feature request for a way to do this w/o having to modify the HTML since Ilient doesn't recommend doing so.
