Last week I used the [Turn end users into administrators] button to turn an End User into an Admin User. Today I want to reverse the procedure and make him into a normal End User again. My problem is that I can't find anywhere to do this.
I'm hoping this doesn't mean that I have to delete and recreate the user because I expect that the newly recreated user would not have access to the original user's previously logged Service Requests.
I would find this a very useful feature as we have people who rotate through asset administration month by month. When an administrator is deleted, is any information lost about the user and his/her entries or requests?

I would agree. Here is our scenario. We are licensed for 5 admins. We currently have 5 admins. We let one admin go and hired his replacement. I would be nice to be able to demote the old admin and promote the new admin while reassigning all tickets to new admin. I have to delete the old admin, reassign his tickets to me, promote the new admin, then try to figure out what tickets need to be reassigned.
