Before people start shouting "SEARCH!!!!" at me, I know how to edit the HTML, where the files are, I just don't have the skills to edit the HTML at this time. Can anyone break it down really simply? All I want to do is change the colourscheme and remove the SysAid Logo, but not with a URL with a file from a machine?

Little help people?

You can change the logo under Preferences -> Customize -> Appearance. In pre 5.0 versions you could also change the color scheme which now is impossible because the appearance is fancy enough already

I know you can change the logo, but where it says URL can you put in a file path on the local machine?

Ok, have started amending the icons as in the attachment as well as (despite being advised not to) the ones for add SR and print etc. Still no joy on changing the colourscheme though!

From a designer's standpoint I would say that the old icons fit the layout better. May I ask why you want to change the design after all?

Ah yes, however no one here is a designer and with the staff underneath me I need the icons to be as clear and obvious as possible, which if we're honest they aren't in SysAid.

There has been a thread about this before, and I have to say whgoever started it was completely right! The software is brilliant but some of the design decisions as far as the icons go have been pretty awful. And confusing as they change sometimes as well. Can we have them clearer in the Beta please ilient?

Hello BJINS,

The icons and interface in SysAid were built to be as intuitive and easy to use as possible.
If you would like to propose a change to the icons, or would like to have the option to change the color schema, you are welcome to open a post regarding this in the feature request forum.

Best regards.
Haim

I actually like these Icons. They dont blend in as much as the old ones. Ive been searching for a way to change the color scheme because it clashes severely with the colors of my company's logo.
